How to Move Aggregator Customers to Your Own Channel
How to move a customer who came through an aggregator to your own website, bot or app: QR flyers, cashback, free delivery and other methods that work.
The main way to move an aggregator customer to your own channel is to give them a clear reason: cashback only in your channel, cheaper delivery or a small gift. Put a flyer with a QR code in every aggregator order and send the customer to your bot or app.
Why does it matter? A customer who came through an aggregator is not in your base, and 15–35% commission is taken from every order. If you move part of your customers to your own channel, you don't pay commission on repeat orders and you can write to them yourself. We already showed how to turn commission into UZS.
Key points:
- Move customers by giving value, not by forcing them.
- The bonus must work only in your own channel, otherwise there is no reason to switch.
- The first order is hardest to move, the second is easier: so reward the second.
1. Put a flyer with a QR code in every order
Put a small flyer in every aggregator package: a QR code to your bot or app and a short offer ("cashback on your next order"). The customer sees you at the moment they receive the food, so this is one of the closest touchpoints you have.
Keep the text short: what the offer is, how to get it, how much. Nobody reads long explanations.
2. Give cashback and bonuses only in your own channel
If the bonus works only on direct orders, the customer has a reason to switch. Tie cashback, points or a promo code to that channel. In Delever the loyalty system works across your own channels: points collect equally on the website, in the app and in the bot. We wrote separately on how to build a loyalty program.
3. Make delivery cheaper or free in your own channel
The customer sees the delivery price. If delivery in your own channel is cheaper, or free above a certain amount, they get a reason. You can afford this discount because you don't pay commission. Calculate the discount from the order amount so that you don't lose money.
4. Make the Telegram bot the first step
Downloading an app takes the customer's time, while a bot opens in one tap. Telegram is the messenger most people use in Uzbekistan, so entering the bot is the easiest step. Let the QR code lead to the bot, and let the customer see the menu, the cart and payment inside Telegram. Details in Telegram bot for restaurants.
5. Announce it in the dining room and on social media
Customers move not only from aggregators but also from the dining room. A QR menu on the table, a poster at the register, an offer on Instagram and your Telegram channel: "order directly, get cashback". Everything should lead to one bot or website.
6. Bring the customer back: a bonus on the second order
The first order is hard to move, so give the bonus on the second: "10,000 UZS off your next order". The customer registers in your channel and comes back a second time. Message those who didn't return by SMS or push, and segment them with RFM analysis if needed.
What should you measure?
Three numbers show whether the move is working: the share of your own channel in total orders, the number of customers who ordered again in your own channel, and the commission paid to aggregators. The first number should grow month over month. Which channel brings how many orders is visible in analytics: how to know which channel a customer came from.
One warning: check the rules in your aggregator contract. Some platforms may restrict directing customers to your own channel.
Conclusion
- This week, put a flyer with a QR code in every aggregator order.
- Turn on cashback or a bonus on the second order in your own channel.
- Calculate your own channel's share every month.

For most, the Telegram bot: no download or registration needed. It opens in one tap through a QR code, and the menu, payment and tracking are inside Telegram.

There is no fixed amount: it depends on the average check and your margin. As a rule, the bonus should not exceed your commission savings. Start small and measure.
